Simon, originally from London, now proudly calls Singapore home. With a background as a personal trainer at Pure Fitness and a lifelong passion for martial arts that began in his teens, Simon has spent decades immersed in the world of fitness and performance.
Fascinated by the technical side of movement, exercise and nutrition, Simon turned that passion into a full-time career, dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. After experiencing several shoulder injuries, including a dislocation, he invested significant time in understanding rehabilitation and shoulder function, and this experience became a defining part of his coaching philosophy: smart, sustainable training built for long-term health.
Simon works with clients on fat loss, muscle building, mobility and longevity. As a father, he understands the realities of limited time and the importance of staying strong, mobile and healthy for life. He brings a practical, grounded perspective to his coaching and believes exercise should be enjoyable, effective and accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience or background.
